As an accomplished actor and seasoned teacher, I possess a natural gift for effective communication and understanding. But my journey to empowerment didn't stop there. At the age of 14, I discovered my passion for yoga and embarked on a daily practice that ignited a lifelong mission: to share the transformative flow of yoga with others as an instructor.

My teaching philosophy is simple yet profound – harmonizing body and breath as one. I guide my students on a personal journey to self-discovery, helping them cultivate confidence within their own bodies.

Over the past seven years, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of students, spanning ages from four to seventy. This diverse experience has honed my ability to tailor my teaching to individual needs, nurturing deep connections and creatively addressing unique challenges. My passion for teaching, knowledge sharing, and empowering others fuels my commitment to this transformative practice.

One of the cornerstones of yoga is the breath, and it's a realm where I truly excel. My specialty lies in breathwork that not only heals the body but also rejuvenates the spirit. Drawing from the rich heritage of traditional pranayamas and the insights of neuroscience, I've personally harnessed the power of breath to conquer chronic illnesses that once controlled my life. Now, I'm dedicated to teaching others how to harness this incredible force to heal their bodies and gain mastery over their minds.
